This book is a complication of seven research that is presented under four different sections. Each section has its theme. In Section A, the focus is on using social media in teaching and learning. Teaching and learning processes in Malaysia are getting more advanced, and as an educator, we should move forward and try our best to cater to learners’ needs. We know that today’s generation is very familiar with and closer to using technology. Hence, educators must also equip themselves with good knowledge in applying technology in their teaching approaches. Furthermore, in Section B, the research highlights the use of mobile devices in teaching and learning. Today’s education is very synonymous with the help of technology in the classroom. The use of gadgets, software, and applications in teaching and learning helps learners to be more motivated to learn and participate in class. Thus, educators should use creative teaching methods and approaches rather than using traditional methods. On top of that, Section C emphasises the innovations to engage students’ participation in the linguistics classroom. At the same time, Section D also accentuates innovations but concentrates more on language learning for English as a Second Language (ESL) learners.
