The Warrens sit down with moderator Tony Spera, sometimes with special guests as well, for conversations about some of their most famous and not-so-famous cases. We begin with an introduction of the Warrens. You learn about the people behind the legend—how they got involved in ghost hunting and the various places they have tracked down the supernatural. Several of the Warrens’ cases, "Amityville Horror," "The Haunting in Connecticut," “The Haunted" and “The Demon Murder Case” have been made into major motion pictures and/or made-for-TV movies.
In the second and third chapters the Warrens, two of the few supernatural investigators to enter the Amityville Horror house, discuss what really happened in that house. Many have speculated about what went on in the Amityville house. Was it a hoax or was it real is the great debate. The Warrens give you a firsthand account of what they experienced and what happened when an entity followed them home.
In chapters four and five the Warrens discuss two more famous cases, the haunted funeral home, “The Haunting in Connecticut”; and the Jack and Janet Smurl case, “The Haunted.” The haunted funeral home was made into a major motion picture and summoned more media attention the second time around than the first. The Warrens, with guest John Zaffis, discuss the unbelievable things that happened in that funeral home. John has a great story about one of the scariest moments of his life. Jack and Janet Smurl’s case also made news around the world. Per the Warrens, the Smurl family insisted that there be no fabrication in that movie at all. No Hollywood hype. And without the Hollywood hype, according to Ed, this was one of the most frightening cases they’ve ever been involved in.
Chapters six and seven are stories of a different nature. They are about life after death. Do you believe that love survives the grave? Do you believe that there are such things as beautiful love stories in the spirit world? The Warrens, with special guests, discuss beautiful stories about people and pets who have survived the grave and come back to visit the love ones they missed. If you don’t believe in life after death, these touching stories may change your mind.
Finally, in chapter eight, we revisit a classic, Bill Ramsey the Werewolf. Many people grew up on the Werewolf of London stories as told in the movies or on television. Lorraine and Ed were in a friend’s home enjoying each other’s company when suddenly Ed’s attention was drawn to the fact that there was another “Werewolf in London” story on the television. This was different because it was on Sightings, and real London police officers were talking about being attacked by a real werewolf. This was the beginning of one of the “oddest” cases in the Warrens’ career. They talk about why they got involved in this case, what possessed Bill Ramsey and what happened during his exorcism.
